WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

​1. You can play a rock tune with a band. You don't need to be Eric Clapton but you do need to be able to keep time and must have band experience

2. You are accepting of bandmates who may be less skilled than you

3. You have access to the instrument you signed up for. Guitarists and bassists must bring a portable amp

4. You are willing to learn 5 rock songs. Really, if you can't learn 5 songs please don't sign up

DATE, TIME, LOCATION, AND SONGS

DATE: Monday, February 17, 2025

TIME: Drop off begins at 10:00AM. Rehearsal and performance is from 3:00 to 7:00PM.

LOCATION: At an indoor event space in Washington, DC. Since this first jam is a pilot, we are not inviting the general public. The exact address will be shared with registered musicians and we ask them to come alone ie without friends, family, fans, partners.

Before the event:

- Videos that explain how to play each of the 5 songs. You will get these on December 1, 2024 or 2 and a half months before the first jam

During the event:

- A hell of a great time! Camaraderie with fellow music lovers. Knowing that you were the pioneers, the trailblazers, the vanguard that started the biggest rock band in America. 

- A Fantasy Jam t-shirt

- Pizza, beer, water
